Learning new skills
Ffion joined Grumitt Wade Mason as an apprentice at the start of 2014 for a year and has stayed on as the secretary of Grumitt Wade Mason ever since.
She relishes the chance to learn new skills – from typing up reports and quotes to getting to grips with the new website content management system – but her favourite part of the role is managing everyone’s diaries, booking in surveys and making sure each member of the team is in the right place at the right time.
